Jonathan Carmona

Jonathan Carmona, CDE®, currently serves as the Director of Global Justice & Belonging at Patagonia since January 2022. Prior experience includes leading Global BRG Programs and Operations at Twitter from 2019 to 2022, and serving as Principal of Diversity Channels at Seattle Children's from 2017 to 2019. Jonathan has also held positions at CollegeSpring, Pride Media Inc., and the University of California, Los Angeles, where responsibilities varied from Manager of Quality & Learning to Content Specialist. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in Learning & Organizational Development and International & Transcultural from Columbia University, a degree from the School of International & Public Affairs at Columbia, certification as a Certified Diversity Executive from the Institute for Diversity Certification, a Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Certificate from Cornell University ILR School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Learning & Leadership from UCLA.
