Emily Holmes is a graduate trainee currently working in Waste Management at Nottinghamshire County Council, marking the second placement in the graduate development programme after a first placement in the Service Improvement Team within the Adult Social Care and Public Health department. In addition, Emily actively participates in the Patchwork Foundation's Masterclass programme, designed to enhance diversity in the political sphere. Previous experience includes serving as Campaigns Officer for the University of Nottingham Amnesty International Society, volunteering with Care4Calais, and interning as an International Project Assistant at Inova Consultancy. Emily holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of Nottingham and has engaged in various volunteer roles, including student initiatives related to legal reform and modern slavery research.
