Timothy W Miller has diverse experience in customer service, technical support, and correctional facility operations. Most recently, Timothy served as a Direct Care Monitor/Support Provider at Gateway Foundation from January 2023 to July 2023. Prior to that, Timothy worked at TELUS International from January 2020 to August 2022, providing extensive customer service and technical support for Google Fi customers across various channels. Timothy held several positions within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, including Correctional Officer-2 and Substance Abuse Counselor Intern, handling inmate management, assessments, and treatment planning.
