Virgile Dubuc

Virgile Dubuc has extensive experience in the cinema industry, currently serving as Directeur d’exploitation d’Agglomération at Pathé Cinémas since March 2005. Key accomplishments include the opening of the second Dolby Cinema in Paris and the first Dolby Cinema installation in France at a new multiplex in Massy, managing a team of 25 individuals. Previous roles included Directeur Adjoint, overseeing the launch of Paris's inaugural IMAX and 4Dx theatres, and contributions to human resources at Gaumont Champs-Élysées, where responsibilities encompassed team planning, recruitment, training, and budget management. Additional experience includes roles in retail training and operational support in various cinema settings, complemented by early career positions in diverse sectors. Virgile Dubuc holds a Master's degree from La Fémis in cinematic operations and has completed various educational programs related to safety and economics.
