Rachel Hanley

Rachel Hanley is a seasoned professional with a strong background in security operations, development, and marketing. Currently serving as Development Manager at Pathways of Greenwich, CT since January 2024, Rachel previously worked as a Security Operations Specialist at Prime Trust, where key responsibilities included managing customer security requests and performing regulatory audits. Rachel's experience also encompasses a role as Operations Manager at MedEdPath, where leadership was provided in a startup environment. Additional marketing expertise was gained at Amedisys, where campaign coordination led to increased brand awareness, and at Manship Theatre, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Louisiana State University and an Associate degree in Dance from Dean College.
