Steve Mardenfeld

Steve Mardenfeld is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. As of December 2021, Steve serves as Principal Architect at Patreon. Previously, Steve worked as Tech Lead Manager at Airtable from March 2018 to November 2021, contributing significantly to the company's growth and focusing on observability and data. Steve co-founded Related Works Group, a digital asset management solution, in 2017 and played a key role in all aspects of the business. Prior experience includes positions at Stripe, where Steve was part of the early team and focused on product development and scaling, and Etsy, where Steve contributed to numerous projects during substantial company growth. Additionally, from 2006 to 2010, Steve served as Senior Data Analyst at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency, working on research related to criminal justice policies.
