Anita Pope

Anita Pope is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and marketing operations. Currently serving as the Principal Recruiter, CEO, and Franchise Owner at Patrice and Associates Franchising Inc since March 2024, Anita leads efforts to leverage nationwide connections for recruitment purposes. Prior to this role, Anita spent nearly nine years at Andersen Corporation as a Project Manager and Marketing Operations Manager, contributing to operational excellence in a leading manufacturing environment. At Target, from 2006 to 2015, Anita held the title of Marketing/Creative Operations Leader, where leadership in creative strategy and budget management was paramount. Early career experiences include pivotal roles at Knight Ridder and St. Paul Pioneer Press, where Anita managed technology projects, marketing operations, and creative teams. Anita holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Fine Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
