Tanner Ainge

Tanner Ainge is the Founder and CEO of Banner Capital Management, LLC, a private equity firm established in January 2020, providing partnership capital to family-owned and founder-led businesses. In addition to leading Banner, Ainge is an investor and board member at Pattern, Zerorez, Inc., MANSCAPED, and PREMIER PLASTICS, contributing expertise to a range of sectors including e-commerce, home services, men's grooming, and specialty plastic packaging. Ainge served as a Captain in the Utah Army National Guard from May 2020 to June 2023 and was a member of the Utah County Board of Commissioners from 2019 to 2021. Prior corporate development experience includes roles at Simplus, CareTrust REIT/Ensign Group, and Kirkland & Ellis, where Ainge focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and governance. Ainge holds a J.D. from Northwestern University, a FALCON degree in Chinese from Cornell University, and a B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University.
