Darlene Nix

Darlene Nix, PHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Pave America since January 2025. Previously, Darlene held the position of Divisional HR Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources at LL Flooring from December 2014 to November 2024, where Darlene was promoted to Field HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Medical Action Industries and Western Refining, as well as holding the role of Secretary at the Peninsula Chapter of SHRM. Darlene Nix earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University between 2003 and 2006.
