Arjun Sharma

Arjun Sharma began their work experience in 2009 as a Member of Technical Staff at Starent Networks. In 2011, they worked as a Financial Technology Summer Associate at Citadel Investment Group. Arjun then joined Microsoft in 2012 as a Software Development Engineer. In 2015, Arjun transitioned to Uber, where they initially served as a Senior Software Engineer before moving up to the role of Engineering Manager II. At Uber, they led teams within the Marketplace organization, focusing on systems, features, and algorithms to drive long-term rider and eater engagement. Arjun's most recent position is with Paxos as an Engineering Manager, which they started in January 2023.
