James Mortimer MAPM is a highly experienced Program Manager currently leading one of the Next Generation Infrastructure programmes at Pay.UK since November 2023. James has extensive experience at Knight Frank as Partner and Head of Business and Technology Projects, managing significant multi-million-pound programmes. Earlier career highlights include senior positions at RBS and NatWest, where James oversaw major technology and operational change initiatives, including key projects for Business Banking and international banking solutions. James holds a Practitioner Qualification in Project Management from the Association for Project Management and a certification from the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
