Frank Mass

Frank Mass is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in data center management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Data Center Engineering Team Lead at Paycom, Frank manages a dedicated team overseeing multiple Uptime Institute certified data centers and has successfully developed a Tier 4 Uptime TCCF certification. Previous roles include Resident Engineer at Metal Container Corporation, where Frank managed engineering operations for aluminum lid production, and Mechanical Engineer II at Johnson Controls, focusing on HVAC projects. Frank's expertise also encompasses project management and consulting, demonstrated through roles at Constellation and FM Global, respectively. With a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Frank combines technical knowledge with strong leadership abilities.
