Carrie Miranda, Esq., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Paylocity. Miranda has previously held significant roles including Director of Total Rewards at Segra and Senior Manager of Reward for the Americas and ISD at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
