Spring Watson

Spring Watson has extensive experience in sales, management, and consulting, with a focus on human resources and payroll solutions. Currently serving as Sr Director of Strategic Partnerships and participating in the Sales Leadership Development Program at Paylocity since November 2019, Spring has held various roles, including HCM Consultant and HCM Account Manager. Previously, Spring was President of the Treasure Coast Human Resources Association from January 2022 to January 2023 and has also contributed as President Elect, Treasurer, and Website Administrator. Prior experience includes roles at CertiPay as a Workforce Management Consultant, as the Owner of a residential property preservation business, and various positions at Liberty National Life Insurance Company and Bartow Ford Company. Spring holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Polk State College.
