Joseph Haughton

Joseph Haughton serves as the Vice President of Sales Operations & Business Development at Paymentus since December 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline processes while ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Head of Sales Operations for Situational Intelligence Solutions at Intellicene from August 2019 to December 2021, focusing on optimizing sales processes and exceeding objectives. As an Independent Professional Business Consultant from January 2016 to August 2019, Joseph provided expertise in sales and business development. Joseph has also held significant positions at TW Telecom/Level 3 Communications as Senior Director of Relationship Sales and at Western Union, where roles included Senior Director of Sales Operations and Director of Business Development. Joseph holds double Bachelor’s Degrees in Business and Communications from The University of Kansas.
