Inbar Rotem- Madjar

Inbar Rotem-Madjar serves as the Interim Head of Total Rewards at Payoneer, leading the Global Total Rewards team and overseeing various initiatives including the Yearly Compensation process and ongoing Benefits Renewals. Prior to this role, Inbar was the Israel Total Rewards Director, focusing on compensation and benefits programs in Israel. Inbar's extensive experience includes serving as the Israel Rewards and HR Operations Manager at Philips, where responsibilities included strategy development for total rewards, and a long tenure at Intel Corporation in various roles related to Global Rewards and Talent retention across EMEA and Israel. Inbar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the College of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and Communication from the University of Haifa, along with specialized training from IBIS Academy in Multinational Benefits and HR Consulting Practice.
