Shahaf Almagor

Shahaf Almagor is an experienced leader in data, analytics, and operations, currently serving as VP of Data & Analytics at Payoneer since November 2024. Prior to this role, Shahaf held the position of Vice President of Credit Operations at Pagaya from January 2022 to November 2024. Extensive experience with the Government of Israel from December 2004 to January 2022 includes roles as VP of the Cyber Division, Director of IT System Engineering, Director of Operational Planning, and Head of Analysis and Product Management Groups. Earlier career highlights include serving as Pre-sale Team Leader at Verint from June 2001 to August 2004 and leading Collection and Analysis teams within Israeli Military Intelligence from April 1994 to April 2001.
