Tali Gilad

Tali Gilad currently serves as the Global Organizational Development Director at Payoneer, where responsibilities include driving talent management, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives, as well as leading global programs in professional growth and managerial development. Previously, Tali held the position of HR Director at Payoneer, providing HR business partner support across four business units and leading the integration of three units into a cohesive department. Tali's extensive experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Amdocs and HR Manager positions at both ServiceNow and Magal Security Systems, where foundational HR departments were established. Tali holds a Master of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
