Arif Bader

Arif Bader is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in both B2C and B2B sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at PayPal since May 2024, Arif drives growth and geographic expansion for the Global Merchant Lending product. Prior to this role, Arif worked as a Product Manager at Groww in India, focusing on improving the recurring payments journey, and at Paytm Payments Bank, where responsibilities included managing retail banking recurring products and corporate banking solutions. Arif began the career as a Product Management Intern at Axis Securities Limited and served as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where contributions included developing productivity applications and leading process improvement initiatives. Arif holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jamia Millia Islamia.
