Fiorella Lezama Durand

Fiorella Lezama Durand currently serves as the Head of Product for the Andean Region at Pomelo, focusing on building advanced fintech infrastructure in Latin America since June 2022. In addition, Fiorella is a member of the Board of Directors at Asociación Fintech del Perú since December 2022. Previously, experience includes roles such as Market Head at MercadoPago Peru, and various management positions in financial services at Banco Falabella Perú, Banco de Crédito BCP, and American Express, where responsibilities ranged from retail deposit products to sales strategy and merchant services. Earlier career highlights include managing corporate and leisure segments at LATAM Airlines and working as an associate at PwC. Fiorella holds an MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
