Ilay Chen

Ilay Chen is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in big data, machine learning, and cloud technologies at PayPal since August 2021. Previously, Ilay held a position as a Java backend developer at Cisco, contributing to the development of a distributed and scalable network management application from January 2020 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a hardware internship at Intel Corporation from January 2018 to December 2019. Ilay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and participated as an exchange student at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
