Mike Sanders

Mike Sanders is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both executive roles and pastoral leadership. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Payroc since September 2024, Mike previously held a similar position at i3 Commerce Technology from October 2019 to September 2024. Prior to that, a role as Drive Lead at Ace Parking was occupied from June 2018 to February 2019. Mike's extensive experience in church ministry includes serving as Lead Pastor at Vision Church from October 2013 to May 2018, overseeing all aspects of church services, volunteer management, and community development. Mike also contributed as Associate Pastor at Hope Chapel Huntington Beach from May 2005 to December 2013, directing missions, outreach, and discipleship programs. Early career experience includes working as a seasonal Lifeguard at Huntington State Beach from May 2000 to August 2006, where Mike ensured beach safety and taught junior lifeguards. Mike holds a BA in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University, completed in 2005.
