Aishwarya Bhargava

Aishwarya Bhargava is an experienced professional with a strong background in lending partnerships and credit risk management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Paytm since May 2021, Aishwarya has also held roles as Assistant General Manager and Executive Manager in Lending Partnerships. Prior to Paytm, Aishwarya worked at Lendingkart as Manager of Co-lending Partnerships, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of partnerships with banks and NBFCs. Aishwarya began the career with a Management Trainee role at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., where significant process improvements in credit underwriting were achieved. Aishwarya's early experience includes internships at MUTHOOT MICROFIN LTD., where a financial product for skilling loans was developed, and Verka, where a marketing strategy was crafted to boost product sales. Educational qualifications include a Management Graduate degree from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
