Vikash Jalan

Vikash Jalan is a seasoned business leader with significant experience in the travel and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer and Head of Travel Business at Paytm since September 2019, Vikash successfully rebuilt the travel division, transforming it into one of the company's EBITDA-profitable sectors. Previously, Vikash held key positions at Paytm, including Senior Vice President of Merchant Business and Vice President of Wholesale (B2B) Business, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and launching new initiatives. As Chairman of the IAMAI Travel Tech Committee since June 2023 and a Board Member at INFINITY TRANSOFT SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, Vikash remains active in the travel technology landscape. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the TV Business at Flipkart, Co-Founder of RentOnGo, and multiple leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and Infosys. Vikash holds an M.S. from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Bangalore Institute of Technology.
