Geraldine Perez

Geraldine Perez has extensive experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry, currently serving as Responsable R&D Cosmetique at Pharma & Beauty Group since February 2021, focusing on international innovation in ingredients. Prior roles include RD Project Manager for Ingredient Innovation and Responsable Formulation at Capsum from July 2019 to February 2021, and positions at L’OCCITANE Group from January 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Bio Melvita laboratory and R&D subcontracting. Earlier experience at Caudalie as Responsable Laboratoire Formulation Naturelle from June 2007 to December 2012 highlights a strong foundation in product formulation.
