Shawn Middleton

Shawn Middleton, CPA, has been a Partner and Senior Manager at PBMares, LLP since February 2007, specializing in non-profit accounting and auditing, consulting and assurance services for Enterprise Zone Grant and Historic Tax Credit applications, governmental auditing, hospitality accounting and auditing, and services related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Prior to this role, Shawn served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from June 1998 to September 2002, earning several decorations including the Air Force Training Ribbon and National Defense Service Medal. Shawn holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Anne Arundel Community College.
