Jill Labarre

Jill LaBarre, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Strategic America since October 2017 and also works as a Consulting HR Manager at PBO Advisory Group, which provides strategic business consulting and outsourced operational support. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Bearence Management Group and Human Resources positions at Farm Bureau Financial Services, ARAG Legal Insurance, and Exeter Life Sciences, Inc. Jill LaBarre holds a Master's of Public Administration in Human Resources Management from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
