Rachel Allen, M.A., PHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Consulting HR Manager at PBO Advisory Group since January 2019. With a strong background in human resources, Rachel previously held the position of HR Manager at Klinedinst PC from March 2005 to January 2019, where responsibilities included employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
