Guillaume Crance

Guillaume Crance is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in project management and network engineering. Currently serving as an IP Customer Engineer at PCCW Global since July 2012, Guillaume specializes in provisioning and troubleshooting MPLS network solutions, as well as designing L2VPN and L3VPN for customers globally. Prior to this role, Guillaume held various positions including Project Manager for EMEA and Europe at PCCW Global, Project Manager and DC Operations Manager at PSINet Europe, and multiple roles at Interoute Communications Limited, focusing on customer solutions and network integration. With a background in managing complex customer requirements and coordinating resources, Guillaume holds a MEF-SDCP SD-WAN Certified Professional certification from Perpetual Solutions and has a degree from Université Paris Cité.
