Carolyn Ray is a seasoned professional in event management and education, currently serving as the Learning Program Manager at PCMA since March 2024, while also teaching Special Event Operations at Centennial College since August 2018. Prior roles include Director of Learning Operations at Event Leadership Institute and VP of Retail Operations at Love Me Do Baby & Maternity. Carolyn founded The Enthusiastic Planner, where emphasis was placed on event planning and communication consulting. Carolyn's educational background includes a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto, among other qualifications.
