Boulger Joshua

Boulger Joshua has extensive experience in the mining industry, having worked at Peabody Energy since June 2004. Joshua currently serves as General Mine Foreman and has held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Safety and Compliance, Senior Manager of Safety, Senior Manager of Production, Production Manager, and CM Coordinator, focusing on the coordination and planning of activities for CM Development in a longwall mine. Previous positions include Shift Manager, responsible for overseeing shift activities and safety, and Foreman, charged with meeting production goals and fostering team effectiveness. Joshua completed high school education at Central High School in Grand Junction, Colorado, from 1992 to 1996.
