Neil Watts

Neil Watts is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Peabody since August 2017, Neil oversees key operations associated with the management of over 50,000 properties across London and the South East. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Divisional Director at Breyer B-Line from September 2009 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing a large workforce of 275 employees and leading the business's P&L. Neil's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Breyer Group and George Wimpey, focusing on strategic partnerships and production management.
