Erika Noll

Erika Noll serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Peachtree Orthopedics, overseeing operations for a growing orthopedic surgery practice, including ASC operations, imaging, clinic operations, and patient access since January 2012. Noll has developed and executed strategic growth plans and led initiatives to enhance patient experience across all business units while also fulfilling the role of Chief Compliance Officer. Previous experience includes directing clinical services for an 80-person team supporting multiple surgeons, as well as managing physical and occupational therapy practices and implementing key initiatives such as telemedicine and COVID-19 response protocols. Noll's educational background includes a BHS in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida, alongside certificates in the Business of Healthcare from Emory University and Professional Coaching from Duke Integrative Medicine.
