Miyesha Perry

Miyesha Perry is the new Director of Grants Management for the Kenneth Rainin Foundation in Oakland, CA. She is joining the Rainin Foundation at a critical point in its growth and future direction. In this new role, she and her team will design and implement systems, processes, and best practices that support Rainin staff and grantee partners in doing their best work – including implementing the new strategic plan and DEI learning agenda.

Previously, Miyesha served as an Associate Director at the Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation, which funds nonprofit organizations in the metropolitan Washington area. For more than 17 years, Miyesha served in both grants management, programmatic, and operations positions at the Cafritz Foundation, including program officer.
