Nai Kasick

Nai Kasick is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in health services management and community health optimization. Currently serving as Principal at Health Management Associates and Advisor at Pear Suite, Nai has previously held significant roles, including Vice President of Medi-Cal Lead at Health Net and Senior Director of Health Services at L.A. Care Health Plan. Nai's work has focused on developing strategic plans to enhance health outcomes, improve access to care, and implement community partnerships, notably achieving the successful execution of the CalAIM Initiative across Central Valley counties. Nai holds a Master of Public Health from California State University, Long Beach, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Biology from UC Irvine.
