Ryan Bares

Ryan Bares is a Remote Applications Engineer at Pearson Packaging Systems since November 2022, previously working as a Remote Mechanical Engineer at Aagard from May 2018 to November 2022, where Ryan developed advanced custom machinery for the packaging and automation industry and successfully led multiple projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Mechanical Engineering Research Assistant at North Dakota State University, where Ryan conducted research and achieved 2nd Place in the NDSU Explore Research and Creativity Challenge, as well as an internship at Pedigree Technologies focused on order procurement and configuration, gaining a reputation for efficiency. Ryan began a career as a Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless, demonstrating strong communication skills. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
