Harshana Dias

Harshana Dias is a seasoned software professional with over a decade of experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Pearson since July 2015, Harshana specializes in designing and developing event-driven Spring Boot microservices, driving platform migrations, and mentoring junior team members. Previously, Harshana held the position of Senior Software Engineer at DSTA, leading projects for the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) System, and worked as a Software Engineer at CSC, contributing to IT services for a global clientele. Early career experience includes a technology engineering role at Virtusa, a prominent IT services company.
