Brandon Delk

Brandon Delk currently serves as the First Vice President of Development at Pedcor Investments, a position held since April 2024, after previously holding the title of Vice President of Development from July 2010 to April 2024. In this role, Brandon Delk specializes in developing Tax Credit Multifamily housing across Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, and Oregon. Responsibilities include managing tax credit financing applications, researching land acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, analyzing market competition and costs, underwriting project feasibility for investments ranging from $10 million to $50 million, coordinating design reviews with consultants, and evaluating building design requirements. Brandon Delk represents the company at industry conventions and local city meetings. Additionally, Brandon Delk obtained an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
