John Durkey

John Durkey serves as the Client Partner and Head of the Boston Office at Pedersen & Partners, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, since March 2024. With extensive experience in executive search across various industries, including life sciences, healthcare, and aerospace, John held key positions at notable firms such as August Leadership, Coulter Partners, and Harvey Nash. John co-founded and managed Thorn & Graves, a boutique executive search firm focused on technology companies backed by private equity and venture capital, and contributed significantly to the establishment of several executive search practices. Educated at Purdue University, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning and Counseling.
