Zaure Tynbayeva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, commercial management, and technology solutions. Currently serving as the Country Manager and Head of Central Asia at Pedersen & Partners since June 2014, Zaure leads operations across a significant international network. Previously, Zaure held the role of Commercial Director at MONT-Almaty, managing sales, marketing, and product management in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. At Microsoft Kazakhstan, Zaure advanced through roles including Small and Medium Enterprise Solutions and Partner Segment Lead, Distribution Partner Account Manager, and Licensing Specialist, focusing on revenue growth, strategy execution, and channel operations. Zaure holds degrees from Kazakh State University and Kazakh State Abylai Khan Institute of International Relations and World Languages.
