Emre Birgul

Emre Birgul is an experienced professional in information security with a robust background in managing security services across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Information Security at Pegasus Airlines since September 2024, Emre previously held multiple roles at Turkcell from May 2005 to September 2024, culminating in the role of Security Services Management Manager, with a focus on designing and managing SSO solutions and internal security systems. Prior positions include roles at Anadolubank and INFONET Information Technologies, where Emre developed foundational skills in IT security. Emre holds a Master's degree in Capital Markets and Finance from Bahcesehir University and a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
