Lorraine Vance

Lorraine Vance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and management. Currently serving as the Life Enrichment Director at Pegasus Senior Living since November 2022, Vance previously spent over five years as the Chief Instructor and Owner of Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios, where business development and instructional quality were prioritized. Vance's earlier roles include General Manager at QuickLearn Training, managing various operational aspects of an IT training business, and multiple leadership positions at Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions, including Regional Faculty Director and Faculty Trainer/Supervisor, responsible for staffing, training, and performance evaluation of a large instructional team. Lorraine Vance holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Northwestern University and a Master of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Alberta.
