Matt Losey

Matt Losey is a seasoned executive in the semiconductor and venture capital industries, currently serving as a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures since October 2024, where the firm focuses on investing in AI, Robotics, Big Data, Healthtech, and deep tech. Prior to this, Matt held several roles at FormFactor Inc. from December 2011 to August 2024, culminating as Executive Vice President and General Manager, overseeing a $600 million probe business unit. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at Touchdown Technologies, Sandia National Laboratories, and Texas Instruments, where contributions spanned MEMS technology development, electrochemistry research, and semiconductor manufacturing processes. Matt earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
