Jillian Burke

Jillian Burke is a seasoned professional in employee experience and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Employee Experience Partner at Pegasystems since October 2021. In this newly created role, Jillian focuses on developing Pegasystems' global employee experience strategy, promoting a transformative hybrid work culture, and leading culture initiatives. Prior to Pegasystems, Jillian held positions at iCIMS as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, receiving the Spotlight Award for top performance, and at Xelerate LLC as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Team Lead. Additional experience includes roles at Sharpstream Life Sciences and Randstad, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University.
