Jussi-Pekka Paija has a diverse professional background in coordination and project management within non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Since October 2020, Jussi-Pekka has been employed at Pelastakaa Lapset ry - Save the Children Finland as a project planner for the Exitkorona project, as well as coordinator for crisis work and municipal partnership coordination. Previous experience includes work as a coordinator at the Finnish 4H Federation, where responsibilities encompassed family and youth work, employment, and entrepreneurship. Jussi-Pekka's earlier roles involved coordinating activities at Turun ja Kaarinan seurakuntayhtymä and various internships in marketing and community engagement. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Community Education from Humak University and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Turku.
