Karen Smith

Karen Smith is a seasoned professional in formulation and development, currently serving as the Head of Formulation & Development at Pelham Laboratories since March 2020. Previously, Karen held the position of Senior Development Chemist at DDD Group Limited from May 2017 to February 2020, and prior to that, worked as a Development Chemist at Fleet Laboratories for five years. Karen's career began at Standard Soap Company, where development responsibilities spanned nearly nine years, contributing to the company's bespoke and standard formulation offerings. Karen's educational background includes studies at The University of Sheffield and Ashby Grammar School.
