Kyle Lodge, aPHR, is a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at PEMCO, with extensive experience in full life-cycle recruiting and collaboration with HR teams to address staffing needs. Noteworthy accomplishments include leveraging diverse sourcing methods, enhancing the Diversity and Inclusion program, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
