Leslie Wood CPA, CGA, currently serves on the Independent Review Committees for Manulife Investment Management, PenderFund Capital Management, Connor, Clark & Lunn Funds Inc., and Evermore Capital Inc., among others, showcasing extensive experience in governance and compliance. In addition to active roles at various financial institutions, Leslie Wood was a member of the Ontario Securities Commission's Investor Advisory Panel and has held significant leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at NEI Investments, where strategic initiatives led to improved brand awareness and positive net sales.
