Katelyn Citko

Katelyn Citko is an experienced organization resources coordinator at Penn State THON™, where responsibilities include developing vital resources for growth, coordinating a training program for future leaders, and managing communication updates. Previous roles at THON include serving as Raffle Captain and Communications Committee Member, showcasing skills in fundraising and community engagement. Katelyn also interned in Human Resources at Kohl's, focusing on candidate processing and program design. In leadership positions, such as Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, Katelyn executed successful recruitment strategies, while experience as a campus tour guide for Penn State Lion Scouts highlighted marketing and student engagement skills.
