Alan Marco

Alan Marco is an experienced medical professional currently serving as a Professor of Anesthesiology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center since September 2017. Marco has held leadership roles including CEO & President of Wright State Physicians from September 2013 to March 2017 and Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs at Wright State University during the same period. Marco previously served as Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Toledo and University of Toledo Physicians, LLC from 2003 to 2013. With a strong educational background, Marco earned a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences and a Doctor of Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Master's in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, Marco remains an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association for Physician Leadership and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
